A bit about me
Hola! Here is picture so you can put a face to my name. I am Luisa Alvarez, a registered Trade Marks Attorney in Australia and an accredited IP lawyer in Peru.
I used to work in a top-tier law firm in Peru before life called me to Australia for the third time. Some of the companies I have worked with are adidas, Facebook, Toyota, Nintendo, Lacoste, Apple and many others.
My colleagues used to call me The Peace and Love Associate. But don’t be fooled by these words. I have taken cases to the highest judicial instances and won, dealt with IP criminal infringers and gotten significant compensations for my clients and have talked and trained hundreds of persons in IP-related matters, from school kids to Customs Officers and IP Police.

Back in Australia I decided to run my own practice, which allows me to work in my other passion. Yes, you guessed it – I am a yoga teacher too!
